We have had quite a bit of web traffic from persons looking for foreclosures. There are a lot of fence sitters at the moment, but I detect that there is a pent up demand of people that want to buy, but that are willing to wait it out to get the most value they can.
What has been your experience with foreclosures and if writing offers what has been your experience dealing with the lenders as far as response time and willingness to negotiate?
